Bluff Oyster is reputed to be the finest in the world which has a creamy coloured meat. They are delicate and succulent, with medium oil content.

The second grade Bluff Oysters have been slightly cut on the edges when they were being shucked. They are marked down due to their presentation, but they exhibit the same delectable flavor and quality.
